The University of Iowa Federalwide Assurance (FWA) has been renewed.  The new expiration date is 6/14/27.  Information on the FWA can be found on the Federalwide Assurance portion of the HSO website. 

All University of Iowa Rosters have also been updated as of 6/14/22.  The new expiration date for all UI IRB Rosters is now 6/14/2025.  Copies of rosters can be found on the Federalwide Assurance portion of the HSO website.
