Reportable events are common in research, and often they come with no negative consequences from the IRB. However, researchers may run into trouble when they fail to report these events to the IRB. But how do you do this? And why do you need to? This presentation is designed to cover the different types of reportable events, noncompliance, and the forms required to fill out after a reportable event has occurred.
