HSO Main Line Voice Mail Issue

If you are trying to phone the Human Subjects Office's main phone line (335-6564), and you are receiving an error message that says, "The user you are trying to reach on this system does not have a valid voice mail box," do not lose heart. Please hang up and phone us again in a few minutes. We are experiencing some technical issues due to a mixture of traditional voice mail services and the new unified voice mail services within our office. It has created some unintended consequences.
